Terms, conditions and other boring Stuff

Completed payment guarantees your enrolment in a course or module, and access to the included content for 365 days from payment completion. Access extension may be provided up to 90 days before the end of access period. 

Completed payment guarantees your One-On-One training session time. Sessions cancelled or delayed by the host will be entitled to rescheduling or a full refund, including processing fees. 

Course and Module enrolments can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing. Enrolment cancelation will result in a refund, less processing fees. Between 24 and 72 hours a 50% refund may be provided at the discretion of Musician Upskill. After 72 hours all payments and enrolments are final and no refunds may be processed.

One-On-One cancellations require 48 hours notice (before session commencement). Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be entitled to a full refund - less processing fees or a rescheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled with between 24 and 48 hours notice will be entitled to a rescheduled appointment only. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are not entitled to a refund or rescheduling. Session may only be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times per booking.

All user data submitted via Musician Upskill forms and payment portals is kept private. Musician Upskill cannot access your payment information details, only the method of payment processing. Musician Upskill may use enrolment information and form data to deliver updates and information to students and users. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

Comments made on Musician Upskill lessons will be visible to other enrolled and logged in students. If you do not wish for your comments, feedback or questions to be public in any way - please contact us using the form link below.
